Intertwined with educating personnel on new systems is knowledge transfer. To facilitate knowledge transfer, organizational change and stakeholder buy-in, we propose a joint team structure for the project, such that you are clearly at the helm of this endeavor and your people are confirmed in ownership, mastery and responsibility for the success of the project.

ONE ECM trainers are all experienced consultants in their own right with specific skills in the effective transfer of knowledge to our customers. In projects at customers where ONE ECM manages the delivery, training is an inherent element of our methodology and philosophy. The methodology, which we have developed to drive and support our projects, has specific actions and requirements on our project managers and consultants to ensure that they identify and report specific training requirements for each customer. Additionally the methodology ensures our Education Services receive feedback on the effectiveness of training from both the customer and our own project team.

ONE ECM Scheduled Course

ONE ECM offers a wide range of scheduled courses. These are prepared and tested in advance and are targeted at the needs of users, administrators and developers across the spectrum of solutions provided by ONE ECM.

The ONE ECM Education Account Manager (EAM) will discuss your requirements and recommend appropriate courses for the different team members involved in managing, developing, supporting and using the ECM application.
